I'm interested in why things are shit no matter what is done, whether we give the people aid or not, whether we work with them or not, whether we enslave them or not.

Well you're operating from a false premise. Most of Africa has improved immensely since colonisation ended. Botswana in particular has gone from the literal poorest country in the world as Bechuanaland to being pretty much the best country in subsaharan Africa.
Cultures in extreme climate conditions (extreme hot or extreme cold weather) tend to be more strict because, chances are, resources are more tight in those areas (lack of water -- for example), and thus the society implements more control in order to better manage those resources and everyone's general survival (not just the survival of the individual).
Also, the history of corrupt power and governments don't help either.

There's like one Botswana and one Zimbabwe for every five Zambias - improving but still have a long way to go.
The only African states I'd say are definitely lost causes are Zimbabwe, Liberia, DRC, South Sudan, Guinea, and all the shitty Sahel states like Niger and Chad.

A large of it is that there were too many political disputes and reasons to fight that were both encouraged and repressed under European rule. Then when the whiteboiz left, the lid popped off and tensions led to wars. A good example of this is the Hutu vs. Tutsi shitshow.
Basically, Africa is a mess because of war. Peace provides the best environment for growth and prosperity, and right now many African countries just don't have that. Personally, I would hope that there could be a stabilizing force led by a brutal African dictator who gives no fucks and establishes an African state powerful enough to fight for its own interests and protect industries and people from foreign exploitation. Many of these African wars are ignored mainly because they're fought between no-name, small-time African countries. If there was a war between Giant African State #1 and Giant African State #2, people would pay much more attention and the UN could serve as an actual peacekeeping organization.
Some time ago I posted Hannibal and Carthage. Black people in the U.S. or elsewhere. Like in Africa have like a rectangular sharply cut out hole in the ground, where Europeans or Asians have a building.
I'm not sure if it was because of this, but after that Africa came back alot. I think it is very interesting. If black people would realise their nativity more and invest in Africa to make it a nice people based land. And not typically crude to animals, this would be enormous progress everywhere.
Black people in other countries and Africa should realise their nativity, which makes them based and then do things that are not the same mistakes as before.
So any black people here? What do you think?

Europeans imposed the Western way of life on the backwards tribals in Africa and then just left, but the tribal mentality never died. Africans identify with their tribes rather than their nation or leaders and just went back to killing each other over nothing like they were doing before colonialism, except now they have AKs.

Not really. They've really been killing themselves a lot more now whitie has left thanks to the fact that they had incompatible ideologies imposed on them like Nationalism, Socialism and Industrialism.
