Green are Libyan Dawn, blue are various militias and possibly petroleum guards, though many of those are located under green in this map, yellow are ethnic Tuareg militias.
The only actual fighting is with the black guys, IS in Sirte and Ansar al Sharia in Benghazi. There's also occasionally between ethnic tuareg and ethnic tebu in the desert but nobody really gives a fuck about that.
