Surely, all those empty German lands in 1919 will be uninteresting for the surrounding nations. And most likely they would not engage in territorial squabbles about said lands.
Not to mention all the shenanigans that other nations could come up with in this power vacuum after genociding the Germans.
(Speculating here), but Germany was one of the few nations to hold diplomatic relations towards the Soviets. With them gone, you would probably see some earlier East-West division, with the big bad guys not East of France, but East of Poland. With less Soviet allies, there would be a higher chance of Western intervention, I guess.
Can you really guarantee that no one dies for petty reasons like the ones I mentioned in these 26 years between the wars? I really don't think so.
Anyway, good luck playing God and "fixing" the world this way. A shorter period of time is probably better suited for utilitarian purposes and thought plays.
