Not really. Nazis were horrible but they wouldn't kill you for no reason. If you wasn't jew/gipse, you would most probably have a good life. Even some slavic minorities lived pretty good under nazi rule (czechs, croatians)

The only thing national socialism has going for it over Islam is perhaps the most crucial aspect; economic policy.
That being said Nat Socs were primarily concerned with governing their own territory and were anti imperialist isolationists so they probably wouldn't have made the effort to conquer far away regions and would have allowed other nations to govern themselves.
