I disagree. Reinhard took power over a Galactic Empire because he wanted to protect his family and everybody benefited. Wen-li was given power because he was the only man able to hold Alliance territory and take Iserlohn WITHOUT LOSING A SINGLE MAN and also never wanted to do any of it cause he would much rather just browses /his/ and tea and every benefited.
The man who desires power should be the last to have it.
