I know how the zulu dressed but not really how other Africans warriors dressed. Africa is a large place and there are different tribes with different warriors and dress styles.

That was an area that saw heavy european influence but nevertheless they used common clothing.
Items related to wild animals were something that they loved althought the most important material was the hide from the Ankole-Watusi (the african cows) their hide was used on shields and has cloaks,but those cloaks were only used by high ranking tribesmen,the norman person would use a simple loins cloth.
