I just finished this and my god, it was absolutely brilliant. Probably in the top 10 dramas I've ever watched in my life.

Any other recommendations?

Well even though it's less than 25 years ago, the Iraq War, or at least the invasion of Iraq in 2003 is technically history, so I'm reccing Generation Kill.

I saw an interview with Derrick Jacobi several years ago, When the interviewer asked him about his role in I Claudius, he began to stutter. Also, Patrick Stewart appears as Sejanius, but nobody today realizes its him because he has hair! I agree, its one of the top TV dramas.
