So let me get this straight.

That's fine.
But why were there no Russians in the dock? The Soviet Union invaded Poland in 1939, making a secret agreement with the Nazis beforehand. Isn't that waging a war of aggression?
What about the massacre of 20,000 Poles in Katyn?
How about the annexation of the Baltic States, and the Winter War?
How can anyone not consider the Nuremberg trials a breach of justice? The fact that the Soviet judge there presided over the show-trials of famous purged communists like Zinoviev makes this an even bigger farce.

Something similar could be said about WW1 and recent American action. The reason everyone was so damn pissed at Germany was because they adopted the principle of preventive warfare. To start a war yourself when you feel like you still have a chance as opposed to a war that would be declared on you.
The military operations against Sadam's regime can be classified as preventive warfare. Are the United States being punished for this?

Though the alliance between Britain and the US and the Russians was necessary to defeat Germany, each ally was hard at work to make sure they were on top at the end of the war.
With the Red Army numbering between 6-8 million strong in East Europe, and with half the continent under their control, it was a clear sign that Stalin had the upper hand in any negotiations compared to Britain and the US in determining Europe's fate, as no sensible mind was willing to challenge the Red Army immediately after a war that killed 60 million.
With that, the Russians not only got their share of judges to preside over the Nuremburg trials, but got to keep all the territory they touched in the form of the Warsaw Pact.
While the Western Allies protested this, they all knew that there really wasn't anything they could do to stop it, so they established NATO as a deterrent to further expansion rather than force the Soviets out of Europe by force. Which very well could've resulted in Western Germany, Italy and France getting steamrolled by the Red Army.

The Soviets didn't declare more than half of Europe as subhuman,they also didn't cause the death of 43 million Slavs and the destruction of 84% of all of their material property in Eastern,Southern and Central Europe.
Before you start yelling about Soviet propaganda,just keep in mind that 30 tonnes of wartime evidence and the testimonies of 4500 German field officers begs to differ.

Soviet Russia made plans with Nazi Germany to partition Poland.
It's not like Germany planned with Austria-Hungary to start a world war
