Why were all European monarchs related? Is it a huge conspiracy, the result of eugenics and selective breeding or superior genes which coincidentally came out in all countries as dominant?

Royals would only marry other royals, both for social (can't marry below your status) and diplomatic (marriages historically made alliances) reasons

Not all European monarchs were related. It just so happens the examples you're citing were cousins, grandchildren of Victoria. Anyway, if your family had money, you'd marry a hot, rich princess, too.
