Can anyone identify them? i.e. are they real and if so what do they stand for? What do they say?

Yeah, these ones. All are basically worthless and they're most certainly real since there's been a ton of them manufactured.

I have the one in the middle. It's a Soviet Veteran of Labour medal, it was awarded to some people at retirement.
The one with Stalin on it with the orange stripes is was given to participants of the Great Patriotic War AKA WW2.
The smaller one with Lenin on it was given to a bunch of state employees, including military men in preperation of Lenin's 100th birthday.
