Newton didn't specifically say so, but he did not renounce the Scriputes, and even began a document (treatise, letter, idk) explaining Revelation.
At the time, the simple math of the ages of the patriarchs put creation at 4KBC which most believed. Newton didn't explicitly disagree but he never questioned it.
