Depends on the type of culture they would live in. In a pre-industrial city area, the average man would probably be roughly weaker than todays (compare to america).

In the far country side where people are cutting woods, hunting, etc They would most likely be more built than today.

Your picture for example shows a hunter-gatherer tribe, they would ofcourse be more built than average american today. However due to their stature (size), overall they might be weaker than 5'11 200 lb american. At best these hunter gatherers weigh around 100 lb
