The vikings are 'scandanavian'. This itself is vague though generally encompasses Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Vikings are not defined as much by the land they occupy than the ideal they live by. It is like saying, where is Christianity? U.S.A, Australia, U.K. Europe.

If you are the latter, let me explain:
Fennoswede is a misleading term, because fennoswedes are not Swedish or Swedes in any definition.
Most of them are ethnic Finns, who adopted Swedish as their language to climb up the economic ladder and take up trading, government jobs, becoming an army officer or becoming a priest. Only a tiny portion of modern Fennoswedes are descended from actual old Swedish nobility.
It is no surprise that the amount of Swedish speakers in Finland saw a huge rise Gustav Vasa curbed the nobility and increased government bureaucracy.
Fennoswedes are Finns who speak Swedish, despite both Swedes and a minority of Fennoswedes sharing some pan-Swedish nationalism.
