Well, wahhabism in general commits a few heresies. While the Islamic State tries to fix the biggest one, ie. the affirmation of the House of Saud monarchy which is thoroughly un-Islamic, it still commits a few other ones.
The biggest one would be 100% literalist interpretation of the Quran and hadith, which coupled with obviously poetic language used in phrases like God's throne or God's right hand etc., leads to antropomorphisation of God which is shirk. They've been called out on it previously too.
Then there's the hadith which says that if a Muslim calls his brother an apostate, this means that one of those two is an apostate. Given the number of people they've called apostates and variously shot or beheaded, there must have been at least one good Muslim among them. So the Daesh are apostates.
I think there's been a letter by some leading scholars listing theological errors commited by the Daesh.
