Who had the best colonization policy? Personally I like the British policy of indirect rule since it gave Africans experience in modern government.
>Who had the best colonization policy?
That's like asking what was Meatloaf's best album

I gave up on sarcastic 4chan around 7 years ago friend. I just assume everyone posting is either telling an absurd lie, or the earnest truth.

To be fair, unlike with the other colonial powers, the Congolese really gave them a hand in developing the country.
Britian had the absolute fucking WORST decolonization policy, I don't know what the FUCK you're on about.

Not really.
Many times it bastardised local political structure to a weak and powerless form or removed it entirely and put in their own ineffective pawn who thinks only for themselves and do the bare minimum to please the authorities.
Many many colonies had policies that economically retarded the population by cementing them into a poor/manipulative situation by enacting laws that stripped economic interaction and capabilities as well as freedoms.
Honestly, they were all doomed from the start, since it turns out drawing national borders with no regard for local ethnic and cultural heritage is an awful fucking idea.
