Often times you will mention a Western male (usually white) bringing up a woman's tallness as her main point of beauty, and emphasizing the attraction of her slim figure (regardless of actual shape or composition) as her main point. When I look at old standards of beauty in Europe for centuries it was usually more shapely or bigger women. Why and how did it change?

Women have always been more relatively fatter and less toned than men are. For some reason the media is really pushing thin woman-fat man married couples a lot. The only way to avoid it would have been if the encounter with other continents didn't happen until modern vaccines were developed. And even then, I am fairly sure nobody who met the Azteks would have just let them be.

Because women weren't pressured to pursue greatness. There weren't any expectations for women throughout history to achieve something big. All such pressures must come from within, and therefore any female that has attained greatness are all excellent, such as Noether and Mirzakhani.

Yes. From what ive read they even had military escorts to make sure starving people wouldnt attack the shipments. Usually when theres a famine in a country they ban exporting food. Of course during the famine no such ban was put because the merchants were being whiny about profits.
