Just so you know, this is from the latest census. I've ignored the Bosniacs and colored in areas as being majority Serb or majority Croat. Essentially, if it were to be partitioned between Croatia and Serbia, it'd be partitioned along these lines.
Of course, you couldn't have Sarajevo go to Croatia while surrounded by a bunch of Serbian lands, so you'd probably hand all of that to one side or the other. The majorities in these areas are pretty thin, so it's a toss up as far as I'm concerned.
Hi mag/his/ians,
I once heard that most of the modern-day Danish language doesn't even origin from Danish, but it originates from german.
Is this true?
If yes;
Aprox. how much of the Danish language is indeed just Dani-fied German words?
"Doesn't even origin from Danish"
Danish = Old Norse
Think of it more similarly to how natural selection works. Danish shares a recent common linguistic ancestor with German.
>>1392098
so... It's more like Danish evovled alongside (like Chimpanzees and humans) German, but they were only the same species at the "missing link"?
But does that mean, that modern-day Danish isn't old norse?
/his/, what kind of Christianity does this people follow?
https://youtu.be/akMWSwBZh5I
Every time I see people preaching against Christian fanatics they bring these kind of mass up. I am a Catholic, and I never in my whole 22 years of life have seen something like this happen in a Catholic Church.
What the hell am I watching?

>I am a Catholic, and I never in my whole 22 years of life have seen something like this happen in a Catholic Church.
Oh look, another cringeworthy Christcuck thread.

I'm not promoting my religion in this thread, fellow edgy poster, I am just asking what kind of Christianity these animals follow.
Was paying debnts the only reason Americans went through with the Louisiana Purchase? Seems like an awful lot of land on the cheap.
Napoleon couldn't afford to hold onto the land, and he figured giving the Americans some extra land would eventually emasculate Britain.
Too hard to control this shit for France, I believe.
>>1391776
>>1391781
That gets me thinking.
Suppose that Jefferson decided "Fuck negotiating with Napoleon, we can just take this shit", mobilized some militia, stomped through, and declared that the U.S. was annexing Louisiana.
What repercussions, both short and long term, do you think this would have had?
Was Satanism ever real, or was it a created fear only adopted by others as a way of rebellion against the mainstream?
In other words, which came first, Satanism or the fear of Satanism?
>>1391772
Most satanists are 3edgy5u teens or young adults
>>1391772
Satanism isn't relevant or developed enough to be its own ideology. Aside from edgelord Norwegians and American flyover states it hasn't had a meaningful influence, anywhere, ever. The only reason we still hear about it is because of hysterical Lutheran soccermoms, and subsequent edgelords latching on to their hysteria in turn, a self-perpetuating cycle more relevant to capitalism and the teenage transgression of norms than religion itself.
Congress with "Satan" in the historical record is...

I was reading this thread at /ck/ where a guy denies any Mongol influence in Hungarian cousine because he qualifies the invasion as irrelevant due to the short time that the mongols actually stayed there. It sort of has a point imo, because not much actual change in costumes can be achieved within a single generation of exposure to a foreign culture. What's your opinion guys?
This is the thread in case you are interested >>>/ck/7860434
>>1391759
Well duh, Mongols weren't particularly culturally intrusive either, generally speaking, being a not very advanced nomadic culture and all. I wouldn't be so sure about Ottoman influence, however.
It's more than their invasion sparked change in Europe rather than direct influence
>>1391968
>>1391986
Ok they weren't intrusive, and yes the invasions facilitated change and opened commerce routes in the long run etc, but when you face an army in that period is not like you just meet up at the designated killing street and fight. There's scouting from both sides and interactions that might lead to cultural appropiations.
It would be very impressive indeed if the hungarian people didn't learn a thing or two from an obvious superior military...

People don't need a state or capitalism to form a functioning society. Instead, society should be run on the principle of mutual aid; people help each other because it is mutually beneficial to do so.
Could you be more specific about what you don't understand?
>>1391411
The bourgeoisie are exploiting my surplus value and the state is taxing me whilst also imposing laws I don't like.
First off, it's clear that the state and the bourgeoisie are the source of these problems. Therefore getting rid of them would solve these problems.
>But they're necessary.
But they aren't. The proletariat do everything for everyone anyway, in the absence of someone to penalize them there's no reason to think they'd suddenly stop.
Just read the fucking manifesto.

Why does Nazism and Adolf Hitler get associated with white supremacy so much? Why is Neo-Nazism White Supremacism?
Nazism really has nothing to do with white supremacy or white nationalism. Nazis were german nationalists and anti-semites. They believed that slavs were an inferior race, and slavs were white. Nazis never claimed that slavs were not white, and ashkenazi jews are white.
Aryan did not mean white, or "blond hair and blue eyes". Aryan meant indo-european gentiles, except most slavs. North Indians and Persians were considered Aryan, so a brown...

I see far right guys praising foreigners, non-Westerners, and non-"whites" all the bloody time.
"[White] supremacist" is just buzzword used because "racist", let alone "race realist" doesn't sound sufficiently effective.

(continued)
Nordicism is the belief in the superiority of the Nordic race, not originating with the nazis, popular in the 1800's especially and dating possibly as far back as the 1600's, at least in its roots.
Aryanism and Nordicism did coincide in a school of thought wherein Nordics were seen as the purest aryans and the original aryans were believed to be Nordic. But generally speaking Aryan never meant Nordic and as a term also long predates Nazism and only became unpopular during and after...

>Nazis never claimed that slavs were not white, and ashkenazi jews are white.
What I mean to say here is that ashkenazi jews are white, and Nazis never claimed that slavs were not white. Some Neo-Nazis like a lot of people on /pol/ (or a vocal minority) claim slavs are not white, because they seem to think the Nazis didn't consider them white.
>the absence of an objective meaning implies that you can enjoy the freedom of choosing your own meaning of life
I think some existentialist said this and I strongly disagree. Given the logical impossibility of free will, there is no way to "choose" my own meaning. Instead I am forced to experience an existence as a passively suffering observer of events over which I have no control. The general lack of purpose only adds to the suffering because it makes it harder to accept it.
Thoughts? Arguments? Agreement?

What did he mean (voluntarily, and with intent; proving metaphysical libertarianism once again) by this?
That is one handsome gorilla.

How was agriculture invented in several places almost at the same time? Modern humans had existed for at least 100 000 years, but somehow agriculture just happened to be invented in several places around the same time 12 000 years ago.
There are places where agriculture was never invented, and others were it was invented much later.
It was a few thousand years apart.
The reality is it probably was invented in one place and the rough concept did slowly spread. Even the prehistoric preagrilcutral world was connected.
It probably also has something to do with a very slow very slight increase in population until a point where agriculture starts to be a lot more attractive.

Can we have an extreme Bible thread on masturbation? If not, why not?
Masturbation: sounds wacky, is not.
Masturbation: anything that does not lead to offspring
Other important life's matters are welcome too. Being too law law, nothing but the law is not the way.
>Go out of the world:
This position does not mean too little space for normal things of life. Or that are connected to functioning well.
There are no people left to be the world. No one opposes a spiritual house that is correct. Or real right principles of what to do with lust.

This is useless in the meaning of sin. Not as Ecclesiastes says.
>Lust is sin:
This is unfundable. There has to be a clear reason why.

What? Like homosexuality or heterosexual birth control?
The Bible may mention not giving into lust, but the Bible does not mention masturbation.
Onan's crime (Gen 38) was coitus interuptus.
The emission of semen in Lev 15:16-18 is nocturnal emissions (wet dreams)
