The Capture2Text Sourceforge page (http://capture2text.sourceforge.net) is all you need and KanjiTomo for characters that C2T can't recognize. Both are easy to use, it just take effort and time.
Scripting/OCRing doesn't need to be 100% accurate since the translator will also check the scans but they will be times they may use a online dictionary if they do not recognize the character.

The bad translations of the manga is partly responsible for people's wild imaginations. I think even QB purposefully fuck up his translation to justify his commission fee, there's just so many little mistakes.
