Up to you. All girls have 2 pretty cool h-scenes, but it gets very grindy after level 30 or so. I got to level 50-something before quitting. That's about a month or two of playtime.

Pero pero. Huge amount of easy to access content. Get to 100k pero points and you should be able to fully unlock an SR girl every week or so.
