Hunie Pop. But in terms of actual H games then gotta go with Monster Girl Quest. Theres asstons of torrents for it, and its 3 parts long, you can combine all 3 and make one huge game though. Deff recommend.

The story is that captivating.
I like side scroll games. But most of them are terrible, the one i really liked was dragon sperm, succubus(anything from libraheart) ,samurai sacrament,alice in accion and parasite in city.
Rpg are 99%grinding shit and most of them are non animated shit.the only one i really liked was pokegal.
The only 3D game that i really love is maki examination room by miconisomi , i pretty much play that game at least one day per week.

Hunepop? You can't be serious. Is this supposed to be a joke or troll post or something? Horrible voice acting, dialog and writing that was just as bad, barely any "game" to speak of outside of horribly annoying match puzzles, and you do all that work for almost no reward outside of a still CG of the girls in a provocative pose that barely even counts as H in the first place.
There's nothing about Huniepop that could be considered "best" at anything

The first name in my head is Parasite in city, is a good H-game and the pixel art is beautiful.
Can't really say there are too many H-scenes but, the best one for me was undoubtedly Grisaia no Kajitsu. More focused on the romance and plot which really did me good.

I didn't think the game was that bad, but I didn't like most of the characters, myself. Their personalities were pretty damn bad except for maybe one or two of the girls. That's just personal preference, though. If I ever meet girls like those in real life, I'd honestly be tempted to slap them to the ground. Their personalities were so forced and fake and just.. just awful. Like, it made me think they were horrible human beings. Plus don't care much for people who toss around "fuck" and " shit" and words like that in casual conversation

Monmusu Quest. Pretty good story, if you're into monster girls it's a 10/10. Only downside is there's really fucking horrible disgusting NOPE monsters at some points.

Kyrieru's stuff is great but it'll challenge you, plus the cgs for me weren't worth it
really for me it needs to be good both game wise and H wise
Tobihime -Interbreed- is fucking great both as a game and for its H
Same with most koooonsoft, plus the additions of the modding community are great
Anthophobia is also up there for me, I like difficulty, it makes the reward even better, but sometimes its a little too much. If you like parasite in city it is your kind of game.
I have a soft spot for brothel sims too, it started with ボクの奴隷娼館 (My Slave Brothel) but there are a few other good ones out there, can't say much for the H though

I played a bit of the japanese version, but I was absolutely lost. Nice graphics that looked a bit choppy at first but grew on me. Pretty good music too.
I need to test the TL, but from what I gathered playing the original I think it'll make it only slightly less confusing.

That really depends on whether you mean best for fapping, overall, or for each aspect of the game. Best fap I ever had was when I discovered Monmusu Quest. Spent an entire week emptying myself over and over. Best gameplay is definitely Sengoku Rance, I still bring it up every once in a while to play through it again, and I think I still have stuff to discover. Best plot was Utawarerumono, it got several non H adaptations for a reason.
