Look all I'm saying is that VR is more like another genre in porn than anything. There's a lot of different things people fap to that VR at the moment just doesn't cater to, other than viewing stuff at a different angle. To say stuff like webcams, 2D hentai, doujins, VN's, eroge, drawings, ect. are all going to get replaced by VR is like saying all movies are going to be in 3D because of 3D glasses. VR just isn't there yet and probably won't be for another few years.

VR is totally there now, but I think the most important thing to focus on is that it's a peripheral - not a platform. Any game that's made can be easily adapted to VR (especially with universal VR wrappers underway like vireio), but games made specifically for VR cannot be easily adapted the other way around because of all the unique interface garbage required.

VR is mind blowingly amazing. I speak as someone who owns a vive. However, making products specifically for VR is mind-shatteringly stupid.
It would be like someone creating a video game specifically to show off the features of a specific model of mouse. How deep and amazing that gameplay must be, when the game's entire design is hardware-centric...
