Because that's quite not the "Final" ending in Gaiden 2, that ending means Ryuuto did not marry Estoria after he saved her kingdom nor added Celebria to his harem, Rosalia is not there either.
It's a great ending, but not the "Complete" ending.
The series works by having many happy endings, even if you choose to end the game ealier than you should.
However a sequel comes up and it's always the last ending, the one who had to play the longest for, is considered the canon one.
For example in the first KF game.
- Marry Roxanne, get her pregnant, just remain as a Knight - Happy end, but not the final end.
- Get on with Isis, just remain as a Kinght, happy end, but not the final end.
- Get on with Shamsiel - Just get away from the kingdom, decide to live with her among the Mazoku people, Happy end but not final.
- Get on with Ruseria - A series of events happens and Ryuuto climbs the ladder till he becomes the king, all the girls flock to him and love him all the same, that's the final and canon end for it is the one that leads into Gaiden.

Not quite in love, she was bethroted to him, Moteel was quite the prodigial name to become a knight along with her, the two were academy's best so Isis respected him and was fine with the arranged marriage.
Basically Isis route is Ryuuto and her getting lost in a forest during mission and she gets injured, Isis grows to respect Ryuuto as he takes care of her and doesn't seem to be as stupid as she thought he was, eventually she falls in love with him.

To make them happy, originally Ryuuto married Ruseria, for she was the princess, that made him king, then Roxanne because why not and Shamsiel because Ryuuto owed his success to her.
Gladiz was on the verge of tears when gossip about Ryuuto not considering her more than a concubine reached her ears, this was a baseless rumor but Ryuuto decided to put an an end to any future mishap, Gladiz was the first on the series of Ryuuto's "marriage to appease them" plan, then came Isis and Emeraria/Emilia.
Aphrodia, Estoria and Rosalia are actual political marriages, fusing royal families, Celebria just dropped by because why the hell not.
At the end Ryuuto pretty much married everyone, and made them accept Shamsiel would be the official first Wife and first Queen.

I think my post was clear on who Ryuuto married with a clear purpose.
- Political power, Ryuuto actually likes them and they like him back of course = Ruseria, Rosalia, Estoria, Aphrodia.
