Its really not so hard to organize. You just need to fill up tags. Most important are genre, album artist (circle), artist (voice actor), title, disk number, and track number.
Yesterday I just switched to AIMP 4, its simple music player, and it has built in tag editor, which is really well done.
The only thing im missing in this player is album art cover view, but developer promised that he will implement it in version 4.10.
It also have nice feature called labels, which you can see on the screenshot, and you can add there some your fetishes for specific searching. Tag editor can automatically organize your folders, so if you know how to work with that, its pretty straightforward process.
And if you dont wanna to switch your media player, you dont need to, cause that tag editor is like separate program, so you can use it just for tagging.
You can usually get all the info for your files from dlsite and sometimes from .txt files.

What I do is I keep 2 folders per compilation. "Favorites", "B-Bishop", etc.
In one folder is the zipped up tracks, and in the other are the cover photos with the name corresponding to whatever folder.

8ch anon, I think this problem might be because of either or both reasons:
1) Your links (either the pastes or the mega links themselves) are being shared somewhere else
2) Pastebin is crawled and searchable which means if anybody types an RJ code on Google and said number is in your pastebin, they will see the results that will lead to your pastebin (which will lead to the mega links)
Either makes it easy for the wrong people to see your links and then DMCA you to hell. I think you can still use mega but you have to take some precaution this time.
To solve both problems, I suggest using a paste service that don't allow crawling and has a password function. Set up a password that's easy to tell to other anons without actually typing explicitly like, "ID number of the OP of the current thread" or "what Japs say before eating, all in lowercase", then change the pw regularly. Of course this isn't a permanent solution and it takes a lot more work, but it's gonna make it harder for the links to be accessed. Oh, and don't post the mega links here anymore. As far as I know, 4ch and some archives come up on Google results.

Okay, maybe you can help me identify this track. It got separated from the folder somehow, and it's named just "03". I can't remember where it's from, not even the circle.
