You're not. The translation for the new stuff hasn't been completed.
The BGM fixes have been completed, by the by. The BGMs now loop at the correct spots, though the engine itself doesn't handle the start/stop transition gracefully so there's still a minor hiccup. I could counter this by just looping every song for 10-20 minutes but that'd be silly.
