Are you seriously this ignorant and stupid? No shit it cost more money releasing blurays than dvds. Not all hentai releases even get bluray release. Its the hentai industry for fuck sakes. It'll get 1080p more often in the future depending how much money is given to them but right now. The industry has such a low budget.

Not even regular anime series get 1080p (except upscales), anime is produced at 720p because that's the TV resolution in Japan. Only high budget movies are produced in higher res.

The budget of a hentai episode is typically much lower than an anime episode. Until that changes, don't hold your breath.
