Anime or Original?
The Anime doesn't even come close to the game, both in content of the sex scenes and the story.
The most extreme scenes were in the latter half of the Nemu / Kanae route:

The story was amazing, though. You can avoid the Devil Ending if you don't want to see it and the scenes do have a purpose in the story, actually.
The latter halves of the routes don't even have that many sex scenes compared to their length and the rest of the routes are pretty Vanilla. Nothing in those even comes close to the True Route, except one menstruation blood sex scene maybe.
