I used to come here for fap advice, I thought I'd return the favour with some of my discoveries. Hopefully they will increase your pleasures.
To make a long story short, I'm a virgin who's NEVER had a good fap, but I've came up with some ideas about what makes a fap pleasurable, and I want some opinions.
I'll note that since I'm a guy, I'll be sticking to appropriate terminology for that, although this might be applicable for others.
Anyway...
One tip I was always given when looking for fap advice was that a lot of it was mental, makes sense really - if you were to grab your dick and fap until you cum, without looking at anything or imagining anything, it'll be a shit fap. Naturally however, what you do physically plays a part, the fact that onaholes and hundreds of different fapping methods exist is proof alone of that.
So, let's break things down a little bit and make an obvious statement 'The pleasure from fapping comes entirely from what you do both physically and mentally'.
Now, one question worth answering is now 'if the pleasure from fapping comes entirely from what you do both physically and mentally, how are they divided? For example, does what you do physically give you more pleasure than what you do mentally?', well I suppose I'm one of the least qualified people to answer, given that I'm here saying that I've never had a single pleasurable fap but I'd argue the mental part plays a larger role than the physical one, if you want to prove that to yourself then I'd suggest one of two things:
1) Find something you find actively unarousing and then get all your favourite fapping stuff (your best onahole, lube, whatever) and then fap to it, I'd reckon it'll be shit.

2) Try erotic hypnosis a few times, specifically the type that promises to make you cum without touching yourself. I've never got it to work since one of my friends got me to promise that I'd avoid it, but assuming it does work (and I've seen numerous reports that it not only does but that's it's very pleasurable), that's proof that you can have a pleasurable fap with no physical component whatsoever.

Come to think of it, have you ever been in a thread where people talk about their first faps? The vast majority of people seem to have enjoyed their's, and you can't for a fucking second tell me that they just happened to have good technique the first time they did it - if it was pleasurable, it was the hype that did it, that is - it was mental.
So, I'm left with a more personal question - what am I doing wrong?

2) My attitude is probably wrong, I don't fap expecting to enjoy it.
