Ah, I just understand. In Japan, hentai is the word to use for the nasty man. Many Japanese people say ecchi or ero.

For what it's worth, usage of the words ecchi and hentai isn't consistent in english either, on 4chan they have a very specific meaning but everywhere else it can be a lot different.

"Ecchi" is a romanization of the pronunciation of the word "H" which as an adjective basically means sexual/lewd and as a noun means sex. It includes hardcore, e.g., "H scenes" in eroge.
"Hentai" (変態) in a sexual context means pervert/deviant. It's used more for people or fetishes, not as a type of porn.
Neither are anything to do with 2D rather than live.
