Good:
Upscaling to produce cleaner work, this is always a good thing even if you choose to scale down afterwards.
Gradients and hard stops provide a nice sense of form..
Choice of fills is natural and suits the subject.
Bad:
White background, this is an opinion though.
Anatomical form has been mostly unobserved (also blame the lineart since it provides the mistakes).
Some highlights (ie: thigh) are out of place, try ambient lighting vs. slapping on a streak.
And importantly: In upscaling you've lost a lot of the nuance (artist's original style/quirks). Avoid providing your own style on key features (ie: mouth/eyes) when possible.
It's not a bad attempt by any means, you have got quite a lot right already.

In related news... I'm thinking of which request to do next, but the majority of characters here that I haven't done are characters I don't know... I'm a little worried that my colouring style won't fit nicely or I won't pick the best choices when it comes to the palette, even if I am sampling from the reference images (when they are provided). 4-5, a lot of gloss doesn't mean a lot of difficulty.
Fine details are a mess (no shadows cast by clothing or accessories) and linework is barely observed (hair being the clearest example).
If we're counting 1 as a flat shape and 10 as fine art, it's probably 4.
