There are 4 distinct "good endings" to this game:
Domination (You own your sister, have fun)
Submission (You "own" your sister, but are fucked against your will)
Yandere (She loved you and you rejected her! Well there's a solution for that)
Lovers (Self explanitory)
Each of them are available from the title screen, but you won't get to see the dialogue leading to them without playing the game.
Gameplay:
You can look, talk and listen (or remove clothes if she's submissive enough)
Look: look at her face, breasts or pussy. repetition will lead to removing clothes or important dialogue.
Talk/Listen: Self explanitory, you'll get blue balls if you don't.
Vert. Arousal bar:
Shows YOUR arousal, not hers. Once it is full you progress on to the next scene. When arousal meter is purple, special dialogue is available depending on your route.
Horizontal S&M bar:
Operates a little strangely. You become more or less Sadistic or Masochistic depending on your dialogue, which helps determine your final ending. The connections to the endings (eg. the Lovers ending) aren't as clear as you'd think.

Yes, JSK Studio itself has a few of them. Google it and you'll find torrents or mega links of them. Most are translated and uncensored but not all.

Domination is easy, just talk and listen until the bar is all the way over to the S. It doesn't really matter what else you do.
Submission is basically the same as Domination, but you move it over to the M
Yandere needs specific actions.
