That's possible. What region of the world are you from? I've had people tell me the same of my uploads before, and the only thing I can think of is that my computer is using Japan locale. It shouldn't matter, but then, WinRAR should be able to handle LMZA2 without trouble too. If you have 7zip, use it to extract the files instead. I keep it updated.
If that doesn't work or isn't an option, try opening it in a different browser. I've had issues with some of JSK's games not wanting to open properly when using firefox/chrome, and other times they won't open in flash projector or even Sothink. Alright, I finally got to another computer to test some things. The only time I was able to reproduce what you describe was when I removed the parent .swf from the folder I put it in when I made the the .7zip.
A fresh install of flash player 17 on a fresh install of both chrome and firefox worked for every game I tried. The flash projector worked fine too. So, just to reiterate, if you're launching these games while they're in the same directory as the relevant "sub" folder, and you're still getting these problems, I seriously have no idea what could be causing it.

So far I've gotten ending 4 (deredere) and 1 (mindbreak), any tips on 2 (tsundere) and 3 (yandere)?
For 4 i tried to pick the nicest talk options (which increased 'fondness' - left gauge - the most. Off the top of my head: "I'm worried about you", "since Mom & Dad died", "maybe i'm jealous", and generally avoid bringing up the boy she walked home with). There's about 3-4 tiers of Talk, each tier you get to pursue two dialogue paths, and after the second she responds with a question of her own. Then it goes to (no more talking...) until some other progress is made before the next tier. Do not attempt kiss, bj or sex at all, the latter two will probablly result in immediate game over, while the former will torpedo her fondness (-60%). Keep her arousal at or below her fondness. Once at the 4th talk tier and ~80% fondness (cyan) she'll basically confess to being a brocon and say she wants to kiss you. Kiss her and its smooth sailing then on.
For 1 i kept her at around 50% fondness, and once she was completely naked, fingerbanged her to 4-5 orgasms until she "felt funny", then right to sex.
Finally, you can rub her bellybutton when her shirt is rolled up or off. This hardly bothers her at all and is a good way to make progress early on, without alienating too much.
