I want to create a wordpress website that looks exactly like

I want to create a wordpress website that looks exactly like http://www.alibaba.com/
How do I do this? Are there any themes that look somewhat the same and/or need a little bit of editing? I'm basically recreating alibaba but only for my country and of course I will change the layout and stuff but I really like the base setup from alibaba with the large search box landing page and such.
Most helpful poster(be elaborate please) gets my entire paypal balance (about 31 euros/33 dollars), include your paypal email in the post btw

Hey OP, i'll try to be as elaborate as possible.

Depending on your budget, themeforest.net is a great place to start, They've got some nice retail-orientated templates for sale such as this one:

You can also edit the theme to better suit your need directly through Wordpress, so you if you want more or less images/columns/etc then it should be fairly straightforward.

From the looks of it, in the website you linked, the searchbar may be a custom html/css code, so you might need to add it in manual. For that, there are plenty of tutorials available online:

Finally, consider a nice logo and colour theme for the website too. Its amazing how much this can improve the overall layout of any website.
