Hi /gd/ first time coming here. I have a really important presentation next week, so I would like to know whats the best way to do a presentation with slideshow? What are some other alternatives to PowerPoint or Prezi? Cause I would like to use something different.
Its a serious presentation, so I would like something that looks elegant but different at the same time. Thanks

i only use after effects for presentations slides (sometimes i even go with 3d animations i made myself) they always ask me what power point template did i use.

a good slideshow doesn't need fancy effects or visuals. it should only serve to reinforce the presentation you're already giving.
your pic, for example, is a shitty slideshow because it's full of paragraphs and bullshit that nobody will read, nor should they. especially you. NEVER READ FROM YOUR OWN SLIDESHOW.
each slide should contain no more than 3-4 lines of text (maybe 5 if you're really pushing it), and they should just be the main points you're speaking about. elaborate with your speech, do not elaborate in the slideshow
