Found this font called "JayCons" that has the meaning written underneath each kanji. I want to make a font like this too, but what site/program should I use so it's not incredibly time-consuming?

fontforge and/or github (maybe there's some people who could help you if you make it opentype)
few more
Glyphs
Birdfont
RoboFont (mac)
Font Awesome (onlne)
i was just reading this that mentions git.

Thanks, I hadn't heard of Font Awesome (Glyphs and Birdfont had some problems last time I tried them, dunno if they'd work now).
I just found FontArk too, which seems pretty easy to use aside from the "unreadably small interface text" problem....
