A + B here
I wouldn't consider myself super prolific or anything but I've made enough through random-ass freelance jobs to pay for a decent chunk of my tuition over the last few years.

B, C, and E.
I'm really damn busy.
G. Agency co-owner/lead designer
So a little of B,C and E depending on our current client list. Get out there and start your own thing, other than the superstar agencies in major cities, most creative firms are dinosaurs who are easy to outshine if you've got a pool of young talent and seek out non risk-averse clients.

E, I dislike freelancing but the money sure is good, will probably go back to it after getting bored with full-time design.
F, mostly for fun and friends :D
Student here, I want to get into hi design, but have no idea where to start...I know I need to learn HTML and CSS which I've started many years ago and still haven't mastered it
Currently, A and D. Should be E in a bit if everything goes well...
...the only problem is that I work for a start up, and I'm close to graduating and dealing with student loans...
