It is immoral to use an image to the design structure? I should try to draw with my knowledge? Or is "okay" to use this "cheat"?

It is okay to use images purchased from other photographers in advertising campaigns, but in art have a nonsense ethics.

Oh, and no, this is not an artwork, but a graphic design work.
I say its okay to do this depending on the content. if the image was artwork and you traced over it and altered it a little, dick move. but if you trace over a stock image of a body part and use it for a completely different design then I don't see an issue with it.
but if you want to feel better about it completely you could always just buy 1 stock photo and trace it.
