Hi /gd/, getting really tired of taking photos of my sketches, sending them over, getting bad resolution, weird proportions etc.
So I ask, what is/are the best scanners that petty coins will get me. As cheap + good as possible please.
Gear thread?

Since I got a graphics tablet some years ago I have never had a need for a scanner since (needed an excuse to kill my /ic/ dreams).
Was using some overlit piece of shit HP all-in-one (printer, scanner, card reader) thing before.
Worth it, Photoshop features let you do rapid sketching at ease, but the thing expensive as shit though (Wacom Intuos5 M). Since I do very little logo and such visual design work it's more of an expensive paperweight for me, but I would never give it away.

Hmmm, Already experienced with a notepad but hate the feeling. Also, I sketch a lot when I'm at work/walks/libraries etc. a regular notebook is just much more comfortable then walking around with a laptop. So drawing tablet will be a no-go

Already tried the drawing tablet deal*

This looks great but super pricey, I have a pretty low budget
What do you guys think of Canon CanoScan 9000F Mark II?

Check your white balance and line up your shit properly. I never use a scanner. Cameras are the way to go to get a digital copy of your work

what if you just make a little camera mount that lines up everything perfectly so you can just stick a drawing under it and take a pic
