I've installed adobe suite with the sole purpose of learning how to do this... here I am 2 hours later AND I still can't figure how to do it.
I basically want to put a different video for each country to make a gif - would you people PLEASE help me I tried to google everything I do not know where to learn how to do this.

Step 1: cut the countries to different layers and once you've done that, save as a PSD.
The quick command I'm using is Cmd-X + Shift-Cmd-V

Step 2: make an After Effects document and import the PSD as Composition - Retain Layer Sizes (Editable Layer Styles)
A composition will be made. Go inside it and drag your shit below the respective layers (I didn't have any footage so I just used Placeholders)
Then drag your footage under the layers and select "Alpha Matte" from the Trkmat menu.
I keep getting 00f and 01f and 2 frames error no matter what I do.
