"Finalise" is correct in British English, and spelling "todo" as one word is also reasonably common here.

Yes, or at least a mockup for one.

They will add new entries in the lists above them, and focus said new entry to allow you to type a name/content. No separate pages.

Just my attempt at an all-lowercase aesthetic. "Brochure" is only capitalised because that's what the (hypothetical) user has named that project.
