Hey /gd/, hopefully someone with experience in sony vegas can help me out here.

I don't want the box I labeled to be transparent. I want it to be a solid yellow color. I have the compositing mode set to add and I've tried every other mode and I'm still not getting the results I want

It's an animated title I made in after effects if that's of any help

Create an new layer. Add a solid yellow color on it. Mask out the area you want to be visible.
