Why is apt-get hard to understand, when something goes wrong?

Why is apt-get hard to understand, when something goes wrong? At least DNF tells me what to do, if you get some error message.

There are unused packages please run apt autoremove
>Run it
>No errors
>Poweroff
>Go to work
>Sit at Desk
>Power up
>Select the Ubuntu entry on the bootloader
>Boots into initframs BusyBox
>Reboot
>Boot back to Manjaro
>Nuke the partition
>Reboot back into windows to put ubuntu image into the flash drive to reinstall

Atleast all the other package managers clean up after themselves.
