There's also no reason systemd wouldn't get to be a part of it if it's included also and you need to credit every part individually.
GNU has its ideology and I see nothing wrong with people talking about GNU, it shouldn't be censored totally. Just from the common naming. If you personally bother to say "GNU/Linux" then you should be entitled to and people shouldn't correct you. Just as you shouldn't correct them when they aren't talking about the ideology, but the system installed on their hardware.
