I installed Ubuntu 16.04 on the MBP the company just gave me and the manager complained. He said that we should all move from open software because it lacks security and stability. I got annoyed so I return the MBP and continue using the old Dell instead. Why do we still have such FUD in 2016?

What you've said makes no sense, and it sounds a lot like you've left out key details. So without knowing more, the best I can offer is that the internal IT staff simply has a policy for supporting their equipment that doesn't accommodate autistic people, and you got burned by it. It doesn't matter that only 0.1% of people would install Ubuntu if given the option, but that if they had a policy allowing that and just 10% of people took advantage of it, they would never be able to keep up with the support requests.
Again, without knowing more, there's no way we can help an autistic person navigate social situations like being told you're not supposed to do something. It could be about licensing concerns with GPLv3 code, or it could be an issue with vendor bidding or something.
If this honestly bothers you enough for you to make a thread about it, ask your manager if your benefits include seeing a therapist or something.

Op here, I have said from the beginning that i don't want a Mac, I am perfectly fine with my previously issued dell vostro (aside from the lack of ssd). If they give me one then i will just leave it there in my locker. Then the person who is in charge of computer property said that the company policy is okay with installing other OS on company issued laptop, just that they wont be able to support us.
Now then, I'm a programmer, i have patched Linux kernel myself to fix hw related problem. I believe that I am more than capable of dealing with any problem myself, as long as I have the source code. Those CVEs were discovered and fixed ages ago because the open sauce code is audited by the community, vulnerabilities in closed sauce software go undiscovered for ages while hackers exploit them and companies remain ignorant.
