Im not really into buying used GPU and where I live, 960 cost around 910 PLN which translates to around 250$.

Tbh I'd get a tesla/quadro over a titan x any day if I was doing research since they patch/deliver signed drivers for supported programs in a very short while if you encounter a bug i.e. the support is immense.
