Why don't you download it, install it, use Wireshark to watch all the data that comes and goes when you're not even doing anything, watch how it sends data with every keypress, mouse click, anything at all. Watch how ever when you're running Windows 10 you'll get popups to install Windows 10 because Microsoft doesn't have a fucking clue anymore.

A quick way to look at it is if your have a Facebook account and you are ok with their data collection and privacy then windows 10 is basically Facebook but 10x more data collection which somehow isn't illegal but anyhow

a big difference is that when you use facebook you decide what you want to share but in the case of windows most people is not aware that microsoft is deciding for them what they share.

If you live in the States and do anything remotely illegal, Win10 is a no-no, switch to Linux.
Windows 10 mobile is shite regardless of your country, though. It prevented me from sending SMS when I turned off the "youo can let me read condents of youre sms and skype :DDD" setting.
