Well it actually happened to me. Have been working at same company for over 3 years and going in my 4th year they were talking about me "taking a leave" for a more "experienced" and "better" suited person. So I had to leave, 3 months later I got a call from the company who fired me, they wanted me back, according to them, it was a "wrong" choice their efficiency levels weren't meet in anytime and it took longer for them to start and end things, so basically I was "required" by them, I told them no. Because I am already on my way to getting a new job a more flexible and better paid job. Even when they said they would pay me more, I told them no, why pay me more when they fired me for someone better.

Based on the quality of work delivered by the Indians in my graduate program, and awful inability to operate outside of a playbook at work, not anytime soon.

Indian devs, CAD drafters etc. literally do not give a fuck about the end product and can never visualize what exactly the job is asking them to create.
At my place of business, we once got our poo2loo office to turn a bunch of scanned blueprints into AutoCAD drawings for us. They faithfully reproduced every scan line and blemish on the 70 year old drawings, without putting them on their own layers.
