Yes, but chances are if u have ever used the internet like a normal person long enough to understand the importance of privacy or browsed it to serve the interest of your opinions it is too llate for you already. They collect profiles of ppl based on accounts, what they browse, and how much info about yourself u post, so its likely they already have all they need to ruin u. Either u figure out a way the fuck u are, make no contact whatsoever with the internet EVER outside of a vpn or tor, with no social media, vids etc..or pretend to be blisfully unaware like the average normie and post whatever u want because u realize its already too late to think ur anonymous, chances are u arent and will never be in truth.

if you plugged yourself into an internet junction or whever your local ISP'S draw the internet from and ran Tor + VPN etc. Yeah nobody would be monitoring you since you're literally bypassing ISP's. Pretty sure the spy agencies are only getting their info through ISP's.

Keep in mind I'm not too good at networking, but if you use a trustable VPN with encryption and browse through Tor with Javascript disabled, I imagine you'd be all good so long as you're not buying child porn while selling government secrets
