Hell, plain old drivers license ownership is significantly down in the 18-30 bracket than it was 50 years ago.
Cars are obsolete, it's only a matter of time before personal vehicle ownership is banned and proper nationwide public transit is implemented. Nobody should own a personal vehicle, they're dangerous and cause the most death and destruction in the first world compared to anything else man made.
