What is that watchguard shit? How does it compare to pfsense?

Gonna get some ubiquiti wifi aps for my house in the next couple of months. They're just a bit expensive though.

Cisco 2800 series for a router. Connect to switches for each floor. If you need "Wi-Fi" connect an AP. Remember to configure pvst+ on the switches and use a healthy amount of etherchannel
