You may need a USB cable for programming in channels and settings beyond what the radio menus allow. You can also get an external microphone as the one built in isn't too hot.

From there you can take the second tier exam to become a technician, then the extra exam to become full operator if you wish. Each step unlocks privileges for what you can do on the air. The Baofeng is an entry level radio and typically people use it for a while then start saving for better transceivers or a base station if they get into the hobby.

I think I may have found a cheaper way to shop. I was on gearbest, looking around for a phone to buy and got my eye on Redmi N3P but because I'm Bulgarian, I google what would the price be in my local currency. Google says that 160 EUR would be 312 BGN, that's cool. But then I just thought of how the British Pounds lost some value so I try to check the GBP price and convert it.
I was sure it would be the equaled out and still turn out at 312 but what do you know, the GBP price on gearbest was 140 pounds, equaling 328 BGN!
